Medical exercise helps those dealing with pain-filled or limited movements to regain pain-free movement. Often times our clients come to us when they are not able to return to their favorite activities after completing physical therapy or undergoing surgery.
We can work with the source of the injury- not just the injury itself- to re-train faulty movement patterns, restore muscle balance, and prevent re-injury.
We do not diagnose or treat any medical conditions; we manage medical conditions and associated muscular imbalances with exercise.
Exercises may include any or all of the following: strength training, flexibility training, spinal or joint stabilization training, and functional conditioning.

Medical exercise can resolve pain and restore full mobility, but much of that depends upon you.
