In quite a few ways! To start, we have a large variety of fitness and health professionals. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have built a network of experts in strength training, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, boxing, and corrective exercise, all geared towards individuals of all ages and fitness levels, including kids and seniors. I'm 100% confident that I can match you with the perfect trainer.
Are Trainers Certified And Insured?
Yes, they are all certified and insured. They are also personally hand-picked by Nathaniel and vetted to insure you're getting the best trainers in Manhattan.
Do you offer a trial session or introductory package?
Yes, we offer starter packages that provide great value! Our training packages include three sessions, with durations of 30, 45, or 60 minutes. These packages are discounted from our regular rates, making it an excellent opportunity to kickstart your fitness journey while saving money.
Cancellation Policy
We request that if you need to cancel, that you notify us through text by 6pm EST prior to the day of your training session, or you will Be charged the full amount for the session.
Late cancellations after 6 PM the day prior to your training session will result in lost opportunities for your trainer and me to assist other clients. If you cancel or reschedule after this time, the full session fee will be charged. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.
