Once your physical therapist or doctor has released you for exercise we can help integrate the inhibited joint/s back into normal pain free movement. We can help take you from a sedentary to a more active lifestyle. The first and most important process having one of our Corrective Exercises Specialists complete a full body Functional Movement Screen (FMS) with you.

The goal is to take over where your doctor and/or therapists left your treatment. We can also work closely with them to establish the appropriate protocol and keep them informed during your training sessions.

Our Approach To The Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

We will rebuild you with a more solid foundation to help with rehabbing injuries, re-injuring old ones and MOST important preventing injuries in the first place. The (FMS) is an effective assessment that provides a safe, personal analysis of how well your body moves. The FMS results will help the corrective exercise specialist address and correct any type of movement deficiencies and will offer a baseline to track progress during your training with us.
