21 DAY FITNESS MAKEOVER

Many 21 Day Fitness Makeover clients always had a hard time with finding time to workout. With our 30 and 45 minute sessions they now can make it fit into their schedule. Also for your convenience we have flexible times that will work for you. With Type A Training we not only fix the problem of not finding the time to get to the gym but we solved the problem of not being able to squeeze a quick 30 minute workout in also.

Save Time

Most people who have busy schedules and need to pack in a hard workout in a short amount of time pick the 30 minute training sessions because they are easier to fit into their days (45-min sessions are available).

Individualized Instruction

What works for one person, may not work for another when it comes to choosing an exercise program. Our trainers will develop the most effective program based on your fitness evaluation, and personal goals.

Nutrition

Through my 20 plus years in the fitness industry, I have collected many secrets over the years of the best way to lose weight and get you to your goals. I will just give you facts about what works and what does not. The little things you just won’t find in many of the diet books or magazines. For additional support we also have Nutrition Consultants to help guide you during your 21 Day Makeover.

Consistency + Accountability

Do you find it difficult to stick to your program? Scheduling regular appointments with a personal trainer helps eliminate any excuses you might come up with for not exercising.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

You will have private training sessions 5 days a week. Sessions will last 30 or 45 minutes plus an additional 20/30 minutes of targeted cardio training after each workout (depending on your goals). We know you are busy (who isn’t?), that’s why we have sessions starting as early as 5am and going all day long until 11pm daily. Saturday and Sunday sessions are from 7am to 5 pm. We will definitely have a time slot that will fit into your schedule. SO NO MORE EXCUSES!!!
