Do I need equipment or a lot of space? +

No equipment required — your trainer arrives with dumbbells, resistance bands, sliders, mats, and any specialty gear. All we need is about 6x8 feet of open space. If your apartment is tight, we also offer rooftop, Central Park, or building gym sessions.
