Small group fitness class led by an instructor in a modern office amenity space

Two ways to work with us

One team behind your workplace and your building.

For your workplace

Fitness that makes people want to be there.

For HR leaders, office managers, and founders who want a healthier, more energized team, and a perk people actually use.
  • On-site group classes and small-group programs for your team
  • Lunchtime and after-work classes: HIIT, Pilates, yoga or meditation
  • Wellness challenges, events, and lunch-and-learns
  • Flexible scheduling that fits around the workday

For your building

An amenity residents actually notice.

For property managers and owners who want programming that lifts resident satisfaction, retention, and leasing appeal. We are a training company, not an amenity management company. We put a certified instructor in your fitness room on a schedule, and that is the whole relationship.
  • Recurring resident classes in your amenity space
  • We handle staffing, scheduling, and reliable substitute coverage
  • Certificates of insurance available on request
  • A polished, low-lift perk that helps units lease and renew

Who we run programs for

If you recognise your building on this list, we have run it.

Instructor leading a resident fitness class in a residential building amenity room

Luxury rental and condo high-rises

Recurring resident classes in the amenity space, on a fixed weekly schedule.

Condo and co-op boards

A programmed amenity the board can point to at the annual meeting.

Corporate offices and headquarters

Lunchtime and after-work classes in a room you already have.

Coworking spaces and members clubs

Programming your community team does not have to produce itself.

Boutique hotels and branded residences

Trainer-led sessions for guests, billed to the guest rather than the property.

55+ and active adult communities

Slower formats, mobility and balance work, taught by the same vetted trainers.

Managing several buildings? One conversation and one invoice can cover programming across a portfolio.

Why organizations keep us

The hard part isn’t one great class. It’s every class, every week, without you thinking about it.

Retention & morale

People stay where they feel looked after

A wellness program employees and residents genuinely enjoy is a quiet, compounding reason to renew, whether that is a lease or an offer.
Reliability

We cover the gaps you’d normally chase

Instructor out sick? We send a vetted substitute, fast. Consistent coverage is the difference between a perk that sticks and one that quietly dies.
Turnkey

One point of contact, zero admin

Staffing, scheduling, subs, and insurance are ours to manage. You approve a plan; we run it.
Credible

23+ years, certified and insured

Every trainer we place with your organization is nationally certified, personally vetted, current on CPR and AED, and carries $1M/$2M general liability plus $1M professional liability: the standard your legal and HR teams expect. Background checks: Available on request.

Coverage

The hours you actually need covered.

5 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week.

That is not our phone line. That is when instructors are available to teach.

The two slots buildings and offices ask for most are the weekday class before work and the weekend morning. Both sit comfortably inside that window.

Scheduling and substitute coverage are ours to handle, so a class does not disappear because one instructor is away.

Our standard, the part competitors can’t copy

We use Type A Training for complimentary cardio and yoga classes at one of our buildings. Nathaniel has been extremely easy to work with: quick, responsive, and kind. Any time we needed a sub, he has been quick to help out and has provided us with high-quality people. Would definitely recommend.

How it works

From first call to first class in three steps.

Step 01

Tell us what you need

Request a proposal with your space, headcount, and goals. A 45-second form gets us started.
Step 02

We scope and match

We design the program and match certified trainers to your people, schedule, and space, with insurance sorted up front.
Step 03

Classes start. We handle scheduling, substitutes, and day-to-day so you never have to chase it.

Common questions

Before you request a proposal

Where do you operate?Across Manhattan and into Brooklyn: offices, residential buildings, private and building gyms, hotels, and homes. If you are just outside that and wondering whether we can reach you, ask rather than assume. We would rather give you a straight yes or no than have you rule us out on a guess. Send the address and we will tell you the same day.
Is there a minimum commitment?Recurring class programs start with a three-month term, then continue month to month with 30 days notice. That first block exists because attendance takes a few weeks to build, and judging a program on two classes is not a fair test of it. One-off events and single sessions carry no term at all. Your proposal spells out exactly which applies before you commit to anything.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?Yes. Every trainer we place with your building or company carries their own general and professional liability coverage, and we provide their certificates of insurance on request for your management and legal teams.
What happens if an instructor is out?We cover it. Reliable substitute coverage from vetted trainers is part of the service, so your program keeps running without you scrambling.
What formats can we run?HIIT, Pilates, yoga or meditation, and small-group programs, plus wellness events and lunch-and-learns: on-site, in your gym, on your roof, or in the nearest park.
How do we get started?Request a proposal below. Tell us your space, headcount, and goals, and we’ll come back with a tailored plan and pricing.
