Fitness classes at your office, for teams of ten to sixty
A weekly class in your conference room, on your roof, or in the park around the corner. Fixed schedule, flat rate per class, no gym required. Your team just shows up.
You do not need an amenity floor. You need a Tuesday.
Big companies have a gym in the building. Small companies have a conference room and a team that has been sitting since nine. A 45 minute class at lunch on a fixed day does more for a 20 person office than a gym stipend most people never use, because it happens together and it happens whether or not anyone felt like it that morning.
It happens at the office
Nobody has to go anywhere. The class comes to the room you already have, or to the park two blocks away.
It is on the calendar
Same day, same time, every week. The habit builds because the slot is fixed, not because anyone is motivated.
It costs the same whoever shows up
Flat rate per class. Eight people or fifteen, the invoice does not move.
Three formats, one fixed slot.
Pick one to start. Most small teams run a single midweek lunchtime class and add a second slot only once the first one is full.
HIIT
A fast, coached workout. Bodyweight and light equipment, every level welcome. Sneakers and water; that is the kit.
Pilates
Core, posture and control, taught slowly enough to get it right. Mats only. The answer to a team that sits all day.
Yoga or meditation
Stretch, breathe, move better. The slower session, and the one people quietly thank you for.
Your conference room, your roof, or the park.
The conference room
Push the table to the wall and it holds twelve. We have run classes in smaller.
The roof or a terrace
Spring to fall, the best room in the building.
The nearest park
Bryant Park, Madison Square Park, Washington Square, Brooklyn Bridge Park. We meet in your lobby and walk over together. Rain moves it inside.
Live at your office in three steps.
Tell us about your team
Headcount, the space you have, and the day and time that suits. That is all we need to quote.
We set it up
Instructor, programming and a one-line calendar invite your team can forward. We handle scheduling and substitute coverage. Your office manager handles nothing.
Your team shows up
The first class is complimentary, so everyone sees the real thing before anything is committed.
Insured, vetted, and paperwork-ready.
Insured
Every trainer we place carries $1M/$2M general liability and $1M professional liability. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
Vetted instructors
Every trainer we place is personally vetted, current on CPR and AED, and nationally certified. Background checks: Available on request.
Same instructor every week
If they are out, we cover it. Substitute coverage is part of the service, so the class runs.
Capped at 15
A class that fills gets a second slot, never a crowded room. Invoiced monthly, flat rate per class.
Quoted for your team, not off a menu.
Programming is priced per company, based on your space and how many slots a week you want. Flat rate per class, invoiced monthly. Your cost does not move with how many people turn up on a given day.
Three months to start, then month to month with 30 days notice. Certificates of insurance on request. The first class is complimentary.
A training company, not a benefits platform.
We are not a gym membership, an app, or a wellness portal. We put a certified instructor in front of your team on a schedule, and that is the whole relationship.
If you already give your team a gym stipend, keep it. A stipend serves the people who already go to gyms. A class at the office reaches the ones who never will, and in most companies that is the larger group. They do different jobs.
Everything your office manager needs to know.
How small is too small?
Ten people is a good floor. Below that, a class still runs; it just costs the same and feels emptier. We will tell you honestly if a team is too small for a class to work.
We are 80 people. Does this still work?
Yes. The cap is 15 per class, so a larger team runs two slots or two days. Quoted the same way.
What does it cost?
A flat rate per class, quoted for your company once we know the space and the slots. Invoiced monthly. Request a proposal and you will have a number the same day.
Do we need equipment?
No. HIIT uses bodyweight and light equipment we bring. Pilates and yoga need a mat per person, which most teams already have or buy once.
What if our office cannot fit it?
The nearest park. We meet in your lobby and walk over. Rain moves it inside to whatever room you have.
Can people of different fitness levels take the same class?
Yes. Every class is coached for the room, not for the fittest person in it.
What if the instructor is out?
Substitute coverage is included. The class runs.
Are you insured?
Every trainer we place carries $1M/$2M general liability and $1M professional liability. Certificates of insurance are available on request, and where a building or landlord requires it, certificates naming them can be provided before the first class.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Three months to start, then month to month with 30 days notice. The first class is complimentary.
How do we get started?
Request a proposal. Tell us the headcount, the space and the day and time that suits, and we will come back with an instructor and a launch date.
Corporate & Building Wellness
On-site programming for Manhattan workplaces and residential buildings, with the same instructors and the same terms.
Make Tuesday the day your team looks forward to.
Tell us about your team and we will put together a proposal with a schedule and an instructor. Usually within a day.
