The amenity case

The amenity residents actually use.

Anyone can add a treadmill room. A programmed, expert-led fitness amenity is what makes a building feel like a community — and what makes residents renew.

Differentiate your building

A live class schedule sets a premier building apart from the one with an empty gym down the block. It’s the amenity people talk about.

Retain your residents

Shared, social amenities are what today’s renters value most — and what keeps them signing the next lease. Community is stickier than square footage.

Attract new ones

A vibrant wellness program is a leasing and sales story — something you can put in the brochure, the listing, and every showing.

Questions

Everything your board needs to know.

How much do residential fitness programs cost?

A one-time trial is $375 for 3 classes (up to 15 residents). Ongoing weekly classes are $150 per class for up to 15 residents ($5 per additional), with a 3-month commitment and a one-class-per-week minimum. Larger buildings can build a custom partnership across multiple classes and events — request info and we’ll tailor a plan.

What space do we need?

Very little. Most classes run comfortably in a residents’ lounge, fitness room, rooftop, or common area — yoga, Pilates, and meditation need only open floor space. We adapt the program to whatever your building has, and we can also run sessions outdoors.

Who leads the classes, and are they insured?

Certified, experienced instructors who clear our 7-step vetting — including a background check and personal interview. Every instructor carries $2M liability coverage, so your residents are in expert, fully insured hands.

Can you provide a COI for our board and management company?

Yes. We issue certificates of insurance naming your board, management company, and building as needed — a standard part of onboarding, handled before the first class.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. You start with a short trial, then move to a month-to-month program after the initial 3-month term. You can pause, scale, or cancel as your building’s needs change.

How do we get residents to attend?

We handle it. Along with the classes, we provide the sign-up and promotional materials that drive participation, and we help you pick times and modalities your residents will actually turn up for.

Can you run outdoor classes and special events?

Absolutely. Boot camps and group runs in nearby parks, plus custom wellness days and seasonal series, are some of the most popular ways buildings use us to build community.

How do we get started?

Request info and we’ll set up a short conversation about your building, then send a tailored plan, schedule, and pricing — usually within a day. Most programs can launch within a week or two.
