Who trains your child matters. We vet accordingly.

What kids & teens training includes

Fun first — fitness follows.

Youth fitness & strength

Safe, age-appropriate strength training that builds healthy bodies and habits early.

Sports performance

Speed, agility, and conditioning that translate directly to your child’s sport.

Teen training

Real programming for teenagers — strength, confidence, and form that lasts a lifetime.

Coordination & agility

Movement skills, balance, and body control — the foundation every sport is built on.

Healthy-habit building

Making movement a normal, fun part of the week — screens down, energy up.

Confidence

Every session is a win. Kids leave feeling stronger, more capable, and proud of it.

Kids yoga & mindfulness

Calm, focus, and flexibility — for growing minds too.

Alongside fitness, we offer kids and teens yoga with certified instructors — playful, age-appropriate sessions that build flexibility, body awareness, and a little calm in a busy city childhood.

Mindfulness and breathing practice help kids manage stress, sleep better, and focus at school — taught in a way that feels like play, not homework.

“I was looking for a way to break up my boring routine in the gym, so I found Nathaniel through my apartment’s community website. He does in-home training, which is extra convenient for both of us since we live in the same building and we just meet up in our downstairs gym. During our 45-minute sessions, we switch it up so many times that it goes by soo quickly! I love how he incorporates boxing into the routine too, since it helps me get some frustration out as well. He also does 30-minute sessions, but I always love to get that extra bit in as much as i can. Highly recommended in every way!”

“I found Nathaniel through my wife at the dog park. I knew I needed a jump start to getting healthy again. I did the 3 week intense 45 minute mini private boot camp. Not only was his programs unique, he would introduce new exercises to keep my mind and muscles from getting familiar. I loved the variety as my mind generally looks for ways to cheat and I never knew what to expect. I was a little nervous at first and didn’t know how I was going to handle, but that disappeared in about 5 minutes in the first session. There is a lot of personal training out there, but let me say, you cannot compare apples to apples with Nathaniel and type A training. He is totally engaged in the training and really takes the time to understand your needs and the level you are at. He knows when to push and then when to back off. After every training I totally felt encouraged by not only my progress but the way Nathaniel would reinforce my progress. I highly recommend.”

How it works

Getting your kid moving is simple.

Step 01

Tell us about your child

A short questionnaire covers age, interests, sports, goals, and schedule — plus anything we should know.

Step 02

We match the trainer

We hand-match a certified, background-checked trainer great with kids — female or male, per your preference. Meet them first.

Step 03

They train at home

The trainer arrives with everything needed. You’re welcome at every session, and most families start within days.

Common questions

Kids training, answered

What ages do you work with?

Kids and teens — programming is matched to age and stage. Younger kids focus on movement skills, coordination, and fun; teens get real, safe strength and sports-performance training.

Is strength training safe for kids?

Yes — when it’s age-appropriate and properly coached, which is exactly what our certified trainers deliver. Young athletes train with bodyweight, form, and technique first; loading progresses carefully as they grow.

Can I be present during sessions?

Always. Parents are welcome at every session — many join the first few, and you set whatever level of involvement you’re comfortable with.

Do you help with sports performance?

Yes — speed, agility, strength, and conditioning tailored to your child’s sport, from soccer and basketball to tennis, dance, and swimming.

Do we need equipment?

No. The trainer brings what each session needs — a little living-room floor space or your building’s gym is plenty.

What does it cost?

Starter packages begin at $249, and ongoing sessions are sold in packages with per-session rates that improve as you commit. See our full pricing — or get matched first and we’ll recommend the right starting point.
