Group Text With Your NEW Trainer
Once your sessions are purchased, I’ll create a group text with you, your trainer, and me. This will be used for scheduling, cancellations, and general communication so everyone stays on the same page.
Cancellation Policy
As with any professional service, we have a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a session, please notify us via the group text by 6:00 PM the day before your scheduled session. Cancellations made after that time will be charged the full session amount.
We offer one‑on‑one personal training services including weight loss, strength training, boxing, TRX, yoga, Pilates, barre, pre‑ and post‑natal training, and kids training.

Auto‑pay allows you to save on your training sessions. Your package will only renew after all sessions in your current package are completed, and you can cancel auto‑pay at any time.
