Do you have a gym I can come to?

No — Type A is an in-home service: your trainer comes to your apartment or building gym so you skip the commute entirely.

Can you train in my building’s fitness center?

Yes — the tower amenity gyms are great spaces, and we can provide certificates of insurance if your building requires them.
