The Warm Up
We start every 50-minute class with a fun (Usually a fun exercise intro game), easy warm-up to get your body moving and ready.
Run + Strength
Our workouts mix running, strength, coordination, and endurance exercises to help you get stronger, faster, and more confident—all while having fun!
Yoga & Mindfulness
Each class ends with relaxing yoga and mindfulness to help you stretch, calm your mind, and feel great. Our coaches also keep you motivated and cheering you on every step of the way!
