We start every 50-minute class with a fun (Usually a fun exercise intro game), easy warm-up to get your body moving and ready.

Our workouts mix running, strength, coordination, and endurance exercises to help you get stronger, faster, and more confident—all while having fun!

Yoga & Mindfulness

Each class ends with relaxing yoga and mindfulness to help you stretch, calm your mind, and feel great. Our coaches also keep you motivated and cheering you on every step of the way!

Yessi is a highly skilled and educated Fitness expert whose mission is to provide exceptional service and results. Yessi has a diverse background in fitness and health will help get you moving into a lifetime of healthy habits.

Certified in Power Yoga and extensively trained in all forms of yoga, meditation, cardio, and strength training, I make fitness both fun and effective. I emphasize breath-work with all my clients because everything truly starts with the breath. Many people unknowingly hold their breath throughout the day, restricting oxygen flow to their muscles—the only way to genuinely release tension and reconnect with their true energy beneath all the layers.

I especially love working with children, as I can be a big kid myself, which helps me bring out that playful spirit not only in kids but also in the adults I work with. Alongside yoga and fitness coaching, I also coach kids in running races in NYC, encouraging them to build endurance, confidence, and a love for movement in the vibrant energy of the city.

I believe that in this very moment, you have a choice—to move closer to your soul or further away from it. Through my experience training clients, I’ve learned how vital accountability is. You must be there for yourself to improve, and it’s a beautiful thing to accept when you need a push or support from someone else to achieve your goals. It’s all about taking steps forward, and that’s what I love to help my clients do.
