Classes and private training for [Your Building] residents.
Group classes run by your building, and private sessions you
Residents who want to train get a certified Manhattan trainer, personally interviewed by the owner, at their apartment door, in the amenity room, or out for a run along the Hudson. Nothing is installed, nothing is stored, and nothing changes on your floor plan. Your concierge or management office simply gains a real answer when a resident asks about fitness.
Classes at your building
Group classes, run in your building, paid for by your building.
If your building runs a Type A program, the classes are already covered. You just show up. Every class is 45 minutes and capped at 15 people, so the instructor can actually watch what you are doing.
HIIT
Intervals, bodyweight and light equipment. The one people come to for intensity, and the one that tends to fill fastest on a weekday evening.
Pilates
Mat-based core and control. Low impact, and the format that builds the most loyal regular crowd.
Yoga or meditation
Mobility, breath and recovery. The one that fills on a weekend morning.
Your building picks the formats and the times. If a class fills consistently we add a second time slot rather than crowding the room.
Already running classes? Your property manager has the schedule and the sign-up link. If your building does not offer them yet, tell us who manages it and we will reach out.

Consistent, high-touch service residents notice.
We use Type A Training for complimentary cardio and yoga classes at one of our buildings. Nathaniel has been extremely easy to work with: quick, responsive, and kind. Any time we needed a sub, he has been quick to help out and has provided us with high-quality people. Would definitely recommend.
What we need from your building
Nothing physical.
