This workout plan, designed by New York City fitness guru Nathaniel Oliver, the founder of Type A Training is a unique 3-week program incorporating strength, nutrition, flexibility all to help you reach your goals.

You will have private training sessions 5 days a week. Sessions will last 30, 45 or 60 minutes, plus an additional 20/30 minutes of targeted cardio training after each workout (depending on your goals). We know you are busy (who isn’t?), that’s why we have sessions starting as early as 5am and going all day long until 11pm daily. Saturday and Sunday sessions are from 7am to 5 pm. We will definitely have a time slot that will fit into your schedule.
