Fitness Strategy Session

We start everybody off with a starting point we call a Fitness Strategy Session to help identify your fitness goals. This session will be 15-30 minutes and will include us getting to know you a bit, doing some of the workout one to one (very basic so you get an idea of what we do) with your instructor, and will end with a chat to let you know what we’d recommend for your success.

Our small group virtual classes are unique in that it provides personalized workouts that are safe and effective for each client in the group. Unlike large franchise group fitness classes, we prioritize quality teachers and classes. Which makes you safer and you will have a much better experience with the personal attention.

Equipment used in our on virtual fitness classes

After taking a few classes with your favorite instructors, you'll start to get a sense of the equipment you'll need for each class. But don't worry if you don't have all the gear - there are plenty of creative substitutions you can use instead and here is a pretty good list of products that can be purchased before class starts.

Are Trainers Certified And Insured?

Yes, they are all certified and insured. They are also personally hand-picked by Nathaniel and vetted to insure you're getting the best trainers in Manhattan.
