Program Details: 5 Weeks Of Aging Well

Week #1 | Strength Training

Week #1 | Strength Training Resistance exercises using body weight, resistance bands, or light weights to improve muscle strength and prevent age-related muscle loss.

Week #2 | Cardiovascular Exercise

Week #3 | Cardiovascular Exercise  Regular cardio exercise is important for any age group, but older adults probably have the most to gain from starting (or continuing) an exercise program. Not only does cardio strengthen your heart and lungs, it gives you more energy, sharpens your mind, helps you manage your weight, can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and can even keep you feeling young and vibrant .

Week #3 | Chair Yoga

Week #2 | Yoga - Research shows a regular practice not only improves balance and mobility in older adults, but it may also help ease back pain, relieve depression, and even reduce blood pressure for people with hypertension.

Week #4 | Balance and Posture

Week #4 | Balance and Posture - Activities to improve balance and reduce the risk of falls, such as standing on one leg or walking heel-to-toe.

Week #5 | What you've learned into one great 45 Minute workout.

Week #5 | A 100% customized workout, which will be based on your needs, comments and from the Q&A's from classes. This is where you apply everything you learned during the last four weeks, and with the help of your instructor, you will create the perfect workout. There will be lots of demonstrations and how-to's along the way.

Are online seniors classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, our online seniors classes are suitable for beginners. In fact, classes are specifically designed for seniors who are new to exercise or have limited mobility. Whether you are a beginner or advance you will be able to get value.  We offer a strategy call as well that will help you complete this 5 week program.

Are Trainers Certified And Insured?

Yes, they are all certified and insured. They are also personally hand-picked by Nathaniel and vetted to insure you're getting the best trainers in Manhattan.

Can I interact with the instructor during online seniors classes?

Yes, online seniors classes allow and encourage interaction with the instructor through chat or video conferencing. This allows for real-time feedback and personalized instruction.

Can I sign up for online classes after the 5-week program is completed

For the ongoing classes offered after the 5-week program, we will email information about how to sign up after completing the program. 

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, there are no refunds available for the Senior Fitness Virtual 5-Week Program. However if you feel that the teacher is not right for you we do allow you try the next 5-week program we do.
