Personal Trainer Nathaniel Oliver has spent almost two decades delivering customized in-home personal training to some of New York’s busiest executives, actors and models looking to maximize “bang for their buck” with the time they spent on fitness. Over the years, he has perfected the most time efficient, calorie and fat-burning routines and is inspired to share his learning's with the growing number of NYC time-squeezed, health conscious individuals.

Where Does The Training Take Place? 

I train clients exclusively in their homes, private gyms or Hotels in Manhattan.. 

I Offer 24/7 Service

You can make appointments at anytime. There will be an additional $100 surcharge between the hours of 11pm to 4am.

Want To Train With Me?

I am currently only taking clients who can train a minimum of 3x weekly. I also require a minimum of a 3 month commitment.

Cancellation Policy

As with any professional service I also have a cancellation policy.  You will need to Cancel your training session within 24 Hours of your training session.
