Assuming that your work and lifestyle schedule allows it purchasing Off-Peak training sessions could help you pay less money per session. As long as your sessions fall between 11 and 5pm you'll be able to take advantage of cheaper training sessions.

As soon as this is completed you'll be getting contacted by email setting the last few things needed such as the times and days you will be working out and making sure they work with the trainer you are marched up with. This whole process can happen in as little as 24 hours! Are you ready?
Your personal trainer will come to your home, when it’s most convenient for you, and take you through a personalized workout based on your goals and current fitness level. With the information that we get after you fill out our questionnaire will determine which type of training program will be implemented. We have strength trainers, yoga and pilates instructors, boxing and running coaches, trainers for kids and much more. We also have a new nutrition program as well as assisted stretching (better then a massages).
It's a form of payments. When you purchase an auto-pay contract you get 5% OFF on the training package. Basically buy any auto-pay of 4, 8, 12 or 24 and once you complete the package the package will auto-renew automatically. You can cancel or change your auto-pay package at any time. It's convenient and recommended when you are training long term.
We understand that sometimes “life happens” and you will need to cancel an appointment. However, we hope that you understand that our schedules are very tight and as they say, “time is money.” We feel that we have a very fair cancellation policy that allows you to give proper notice and not be penalized for the cancellation.
6pm Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel or reschedule a personal training session, you must give notice via text message (please use our “Group Text”), no later than 6PM the day prior to your training session. Failure to do so will result in you being charged the full price for your training session.
