Our signature 40-minute HIIT workouts combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest that will burn twice the calories in half the time and keep your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours after your workout.  Every Rise and Grind class is led by certified and insured coach to ensure that you get the best workout,  burn the most fat, while keeping you safe and injury free!
