Why 21 days? It takes 21 days to MAKE or BREAK a new habit. That’s why we’ve created the 21 Day Fitness challenge, so YOU can get, leaner, heather and have a WAY more ENERGY as you create your new healthy habit over the next 3 weeks.


Can I do it? Each week we get lots of folks who haven’t worked out in a while – Sometimes even years. Our program is designed to take you from your current fitness level, to your ultimate fitness level. So don’t worry, we’ll be gentle if you’re not in the best shape. :)


How Much Does It Cost? If you register now it's just $21 for 21 consecutive days. You don't have to go everyday, you'll get great results with just 2-3 days a week, but most of our members go 3-4 days a week.

In quite a few ways! To start we have a large verity of fitness and health professionals. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have built a network of experts in strength training, HIIT, yoga, pilates, and boxing geared towards all ages and fitness levels including kids.
