Reduce employee stress by introducing office Yoga and Meditation sessions arranged by Type A Training. We have some of the best NYC instructors who lead our 30 and 60-minute sessions. We offer multiple styles of in-office (outdoors can be arranged) meditation, including mindfulness meditation, yoga breathing and stretching.

ASSISTED STRETCHING?

Our At-Workplace Assisted Stretch program reduces common workplace issues resulting from sitting too long, reduced mobility, poor posture, and long work days. We can help reduce your employees stress and prevent injury, and can even help enhance their work performance. Our goal is to re-energize your employees to be more productive in and outside of work.

FITNESS/ BOOTCAMP

We can take a group of 5 to as large 50 and develop strength and conditioning programs for them. We also make sure that we modify all our programs so employees at every level can participate. Also based on your needs we can be creative also. Have a corporate baseball or another sporting (running etc.) event we can prepare your team and have them in great shape and ready to play!

WE ORGANIZE RUN GROUPS

We take your group on a supervised run along pre-planned routes throughout the city. You will also be emailed a complete list/calendar of our running routes 1 month before they take place, so you have ample time to plan accordingly.

One Time (90 minute) Special Running Event:
This will be a pre-planned event that we will work on with you and have your input into what your goals are and your ideas.

NUTRITION

A one hour brunch or lunch and learn in which we’ll discuss how to optimize your nutrition. Learn about whole foods as one of our expert nutritionists leads you through topics such as better choices at breakfast and lunch so you stay energetic through out the day. Eating healthier will not only improve your mood, but also your attention span, ability to focus, and tolerance for sitting in one place for long periods of time.
