Why Sunday Workouts?

To achieve your goals you need to stay on track with your workouts.  I know it’s hard to motivate yourself to workout especially on the weekends. So let me help you!

This will only be available to Columbus Square Residents.  This will be an exclusive group, with a maximum of 5 people.  It’s going to be a 60 minute workout right along side me.  What you do I do! I bet you don’t hear that a lot from a trainer!  I will give you a planned workout to do during the week and let you know what each Sunday workout will consist of so you are prepared ahead of time.  Since we have access to gyms, a pool, a park for running and biking anything goes.  Plus you get 24/7 coaching by way of Facebook, email or phone and since we are neighbors we can even sit down and talk about fitness and health in the lounge.

IMPORTANT: You need to be able to run at least 1 mile with out stopping if you’re thinking of doing this program.  If you’re not sure email me first.
