Before we start training we take a comprehensive full body assessment using the Functional Movement Screen or FMS. The FMS uses seven movements designed to identify asymmetries and muscular imbalances, weaknesses, and dysfunctional movements that could increase your risk for injury. We use these results to create a personalized and custom workout program to help you reduce injury and improve performance.

Reduces Back Pain
Abdominals get all the credit for protecting the back and being the foundation of strength, but they are only a small part of what makes up the core.
Because the muscles of the trunk and torso stabilize the spine from the pelvis to the neck and shoulder, they allow the transfer of power to the arms and legs.

Based on you unique FMS screening we will use Strength training, Therapy balls, Medicine Balls, Rubber-Tubing, TRX, agility drills and plyometrics to help make you preform at your highest level with the reduce chances of injure.

Improved Balance: For golf you will reduced the occurrence of injuries from over-use and muscular imbalances in the body. Since you swing in only one direction when you play it’s important that you have a strong and balanced core.
Better Flexibility: With our advanced stretching program you will increase your shoulder and hip flexibility, mobility, and/or stability which will improve your performance during your game.
WHAT IS THE RESULT OF NOT STRETCHING
Poor posture, risk of injury, poor athletic performance, and lack of stretching can take a devastating toll on your body over time. Knowing the importance of stretching we have integrated flexibility training into every workout, using a variety of stretching techniques including: self-myofascial release, static stretching, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, and Dynamic Stretching among others.
*PNF Stretching is an advanced stretching technique that entails both stretching and contracting particular muscle groups in order to render improved flexibility, increase muscular strength, improve joint mobility, decreasing tension and risk of injury and re-injury.
If you play sports such as a Tennis, Golf or any other sport that requires rotational power and agility from your body I highly recommend doing this program at at least once per week for the best results.
