What It’s All About:
Nathaniel, owner and founder of Type A Training, has developed a similar workout method for Small Groups that made him one of the most sought after trainers in NYC with write ups in New York Magazine, Timeout NY, and Allure magazine.

Now train with Nathaniel in a small group style class (limited to 4 people)! Type A Training still consists of all the core fundamentals that made Type A Training what it is today. You will still get the personal attention with the added accountability, encouragement, and motivation from your partner or group.
All sessions include strength, endurance, quickness and agility.
Workouts consist of circuits of drills, ranging from running, jumping rope, jumping jacks, a variety of sports drills to push-ups and squats while finishing with some relaxing yoga poses to help you cool down.
All full body workouts are for 45 minutes
