Nutrition For Weight Loss, General Fitness, and Sports Performance
After setting your goals during the initial assessment that we give you prior to meeting with your nutritionist, during your one-on-one session you will be provided nutrition education focusing on your individual concerns and challenges. We will establish your plan/goals (this may include meal planning, food plans, grocery shopping tips, optimal eating out choices, recipe ideas, etc.)
After completing a Client Information form and keeping a detailed honest food journal, we will review your food journal and focus on strengths and areas for improvement.
About Follow Ups
Follow ups are important so we can refocus on any areas of concern, we’ll review your progress, update your plan as needed, and brainstorm lifestyle events that occur, such as business travel, vacations, holiday meals, etc. Follow ups may include review of food records and meal plans, revising nutrient intake to reflect weight changes, and cooking tips and recipes. Follow ups can be done over the phone, skype, in home, or elsewhere to meet your needs.
