About Our 60 Minute Training Sessions


Our personal trainers are all nationally certified and insured. We are ready to create an individualized program that will meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you are getting ready for a wedding, need to lose weight, recovering from an injury or you just want get back on track with a healthier lifestyle. For $299 you get three training sessions with a fitness expert, to ask questions, learn how to exercise correctly and achieve your fitness goals.
