Many clients request extra cardio by way of boxing or more interval training (jumping rope, running agility drills), while others may need additional work on Core Work and lastly some clients request extra time for flexibility work. 45 Minute Workouts

In order to achieve the results you desire, you need to have all components. This means that if one component is missing, your results will be limited and your goals not reached.
What to expect when you sign up:
You will have private training sessions 5 days a week. Sessions will last 30 minutes plus an additional 20/30 minutes of targeted cardio training after each workout (which you are responsible for).
We know you are busy (who isn’t?), that’s why we have sessions starting as early as 5am and going all day long until 9pm daily. Saturday and Sunday sessions are from 7am to 3 pm. We will definitely have a time slot that will fit into your schedule. SO NO MORE EXCUSES!!!
You will also be given a full nutrition program guide. This will include a full program breakdown including food choices, calorie levels and supplementation recommendations.
